Product transfers are now available for customers eligible for a product switch from January 2025 onwards.
Before submitting this form you must ensure that the applicant meets our Product Transfer Criteria.
If your applicant falls under any of the following criteria, please call a member of our Retentions Team on 0800 072 1100 and follow the options provided.
- The applicant's mortgage is currently on SVR
- The applicant's mortgage end date exceeds 3 months
- The applicant's mortgage is a Retirement Interest Only
- The applicant's mortgage has multiple segments with differing product terms
- The applicant would also like to make a contractual change to their mortgage (further advance/moving house/term/transfer of equity/repayment type)
